Party Heaven

I would like to recommend Party Heavens’ Julie Waller for any planned event. Mrs. Waller coordinated our sons’ wedding in April of 2008. Having no daughters, I had no idea where to start on such an event. I did know…the bride had to have it her way. And she was allowed to do that.   After contracting Party Heaven, Mrs. Waller met with us to start the planning process. She not only asked questions, but listened to what the bride thought she wanted as well. If ideas would absolutely not work, we were gently steered toward a similar idea that would work. For example: the music in the songs chosen by the couple was just not appropriate for a church ceremony. After much consideration, Mrs. Waller had someone replay the music without changing the words and then record it. Suggestions were offered, but NEVER forced. She graciously offered advice that would cut down on the cost of items to be purchased. The wedding cake was not only beautiful but also delicious. The grooms cake was chocolate with strawberries and just as tasty.

During the reception we heard the following comments:
     "….it was such a sweet wedding"
     "….it was so personable, showed both personalities"
     "….it was just as pretty as Mrs. Wallers’ daughters wedding"
     "….the songs were played and sung to fit the couple so well"
          (one of the songs was the grooms parents wedding song, and was sung
            by the grooms dad)
  After leaving the reception, the couple beat us home to sit around and relive their
wedding experience they had just enjoyed so much.
  I highly recommend Party Heaven for any event. We realized it IS possible to have
such an occasion both beautiful and enjoyable at an affordable price without the consusion.

Dear Julie: This is a belated "Thank You" for all your work as the event planner  for our 10th Anniversary Party. You did it all; from assisting with  the decor and layout to the cleanup at the end. The food was excellent. We had several people ask for the recipes (especially for the southwestern chicken and the cake). Your professional approach to the catering business was refreshing and  Beverly and I are proud to have you as both a business resource as well as a personal friend. I couldn’t have been happier with the way Mrs. Waller helped with my wedding decorations and flowers. Even with only a few months to plan and prepare, she was able to obtain the most beautiful flowers for my bouquet, find the wicker-like baskets for the bridesmaids to carry, and care for every minor detail that was of utmost importance to me, the bride. She worked long, tiring hours during the days (and night) before the wedding to decorate both the sanctuary and the fellowship hall (where the reception was held). Taking into account all possible "Kodak moments" she made sure no part of the scenery would be unfriendly to a camera. Perfectionism goes a long way in this industry, and Mrs. Waller fills the bill. The German Chocolate cake you brought to Texas Children’s Health Plan (via Paula) was absolutely delicious! Thank you very much!  We hope to be able to give you some business in the future! I mainly order for staff meetings, etc. at noon and need a simple to eat but healthy menu – sandwich trays, wrap trays, salads & light breads.
