Why do my helium balloons deflate faster than expected hours?
Actual floating hours vary depending on atmosphere and its temperature. Humidity and temperature play a big role for helium balloons’ durability.
As Malaysia has extremely warm and humid weather, it is not recommended to place the balloons at outdoor for too long. Latex balloons may deflate and oxidize faster than usual, and foil balloons may defect over the time due to over expansion of helium inside the foil balloon. Hence, we recommend you to store the balloons in an air-conditioned room to maintain its best condition over the time.
What is Hi-Float?
HI-FLOAT balloon treatment is a solution of a plastic material dissolved in water. It forms a coating inside latex balloons that greatly reduces helium or air loss. It is safe to use, nontoxic, non-irritating, noncorrosive, nonflammable and biodegradable. It is similar to the glue on the back of postage stamps.
HI-FLOAT is only applicable for latex balloons. By adding on Hi-Float in your order(s), latex balloons can last 2 times longer than its usual durable hours.
Are helium balloons dangerous?
Very unlikely. We only uses quality-assured helium gas. Our helium gas is 100% inflammable, natural and non-toxic. It is lighter than atmosphere air and safe for the environment.
Nevertheless, PLEASE DO NOT inhale helium gas as it may cause serious injury or death, since helium displaces oxygen needed for normal breathing.
